The MVMCA "Bill Foust" Scholarship Program

In 2008, the Mount Vernon Manor Citizens' Association (MVMCA) established the "Bill Foust" Scholarship Program, in honor of Bill Foust, a long-time resident of the Manor who served the neighborhood in many capacities. He played a key role in the formation of the Association and the Scholarship Program, and it is in his honor that we continue to support the next generation of leaders.

Thanks to the generosity of our members, the MVMCA Scholarship Program has been able to award thousands of dollars in scholarship funds to college-bound students in the neighborhood. If you are a student or know of a student who could benefit from this program, click below for the application details. Applications are due on May 3, 2023, so don't miss this opportunity to take advantage of this valuable resource.

We believe in the power of education and the impact it can have on our community, and the MVMCA Scholarship Program is a testament to that. By supporting the next generation of leaders, we are building a brighter future for all of us in Mount Vernon Manor.
